Cancellation Policy
- You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 6 hours before your scheduled time by clicking the link under the image in your confirmation email. - Cancellations made within 6 hours of the booking (or no-shows) will forfeit all booking fees and incur a $15 penalty per participant. This penalty will be charged to the card on file used for the booking fee. - Please keep your booking up-to-date to avoid charges. You can update your booking up to 6 hours beforehand using the link in your confirmation email.
