What's your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled 6+ hours in advance do not incur a cancellation fee. No-shows and reservations cancelled less than 6 hours before the time of the reservation will be charged a $15 cancellation fee per person (the minimum experience cost per person). This amount is charged to the card on file used to make the reservation.
Do I have to pay the fee if I'm not making soap, just my child is?
Only active soap makers will pay the cost of the experience which is $16/person, but we cannot guarantee a seat for a non-participating guest and we do not allow sharing.
Two people cannot share the amount of soap given while they both choose, mix, and paint soaps. The cost is not only for the soap but also for the experience and as such cannot be shared.
How do I change my reservation?
Send us a text message, email, or fill out the contact form with your name, original booking time/date and the time/date you'd like to change it to.
If you are cancelling, as long as the message is received 6+ hours before your reservation time, you will not have any cancellation fees. Any cancellations made within 6 hours will be subject to a $15/guest cancellation fee.
If you are changing your reservation to a different time that same day, you may change it up to 1 hour before your scheduled reservation time.
